Making an appointment is not a requirement at Ultimate Tan. The majority of our clients do not make
appointments. However, we do allow the option to make an appointment for those who desire to do so.
We accept appointments or walk-ins. You may make an appointment in 3 ways:
Set your appointment in-person.
Set your appointment by texting 408-931-3357.
or For when you cannot text (driving for example)....
Set your appointment by VoiceMail by leaving a VoiceMail Message at 408-931-3357.
When texting, please be specific on the type of equipment.
If doing spray tans, please call our main line 408-287-8900 and press 0 for spray tans and new clients.
We provide a 5 minute grace-period for appointments. Beyond that, we cannot guarantee availability.
Please reschedule if you cannot make your appointment.
Our last appointment is at 8:45 PM during the week and 4:45 PM on the weekends. If you have
scheduled an appointment at 8:45 or 4:45, there is no 5-minute grace period. We will not accept visits
after our last appointment time.
Airbrush Appointments:
AIRBRUSH HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED
Airbrush is by appointment only 24 hours in advance. Appointments are available Thursdays from 4:00 to
8:30 PM. Other days and times possibly available upon request. Airbrush appointments will be secured
with a credit card. There is a 24-Hour Cancellation Minimum. No shows will incur a $20 No-Show Fee.
