On my first visit, I got a rash on my stomach

This is called a heat rash, which sometimes occurs when you first start out tanning.  We suggest that you lower your session time so that your body can get used to the tanning.

Other reasons for rashes: 1) sensitivity due to medications, hormonal changes, certain foods, 2) sensitivity due to a change in bath products or detergents at home, 3) sensitivity due to the tanning products, 4) in rare cases, sensitivity to the santizer used to clean the units.  Please talk to the staff or your doctor to figure out the best plan of action to move forward.

Can I tan twice in one day?

No, California state law limits usage to once in a calendar day.

Half-dollar white circles on Shoulder blades and tailbone

These form due to the pressure of lying on the acrylic sheet.  They are called pressure-points.  Tanners need to move their bodies and/or arch your back every so often while in the beds.  Or alternate to the standup every so often.
